What is SPA?
SPA stands for SPEED, POWER & AGILITY
These are fundamental aspects of increasing and enhancing your abilities in your sport.
Designed specifically for each individual and talent level, the SPA program increases levels of SPEED, POWER & AGILITY to each athlete in any sport.
The jump athletes workouts consist of strength training, plyometrics, agility ladders, Vertimax resistance training, Woodway sprinting, and lateral quickness.
This is a 18 session program to take the athletes right up to their first practice. Athletes are tested in their Vertical Jump, Lateral Speed and Strength and Power.
Our program design is simple and meets the needs of the athlete. Our youth SPA program helps to develop the balance, coordination and strength needed to lift heavier weight when they are older.
