The mission of the Sports Institute is to enhance athletic performance for each athlete through age, sport appropriate training.  Our sport specific coaches are dedicated to improving each aspect of each athlete in Speed, Power, Agility, and Skills training.  Our specifically designed personalized programs have increased our athletes performance and confidence in their workouts and in their sports.  Our athletes go through a complete warm up and stretching routine, agility and footwork, strength and Olympic power training, plyometric and core workouts that have been proven to improve athletic performance.  Free workout trials are available to all athletes and parents to provide instruction and feedback to all of our programs and to determine and deficiencies and to answer any specific questions to individual training for the athlete.  Program workouts and trials are by appointment and run Mondays - Saturdays.  Call 507-387-7678 to schedule your FREE trial session or workout today.
