Tennis Performance Training

    Tennis is a sport that consists of balance, core strength, proper flexibility and the utilzation of all aspects to hit a tennis ball harder and move quicker! Tennis specific training at the Sports Institute will focus on each of these variables to maximize the athlete's potential on the court. By incorporating integrated stabilization and strength exercises in our training programs, we are able to assess, teach, and perform these exercise protocols to develop a well rounded player. By increasing the lower body and core areas along with explosive strength training the athlete has the ability to hit the ball harder and move more quickly. Each athlete will also be assessed and monitored in corrective exercise training to prevent injury.
